Angels in Our House...

We used to collect, my mother and I, angel figurines some years back. My mother believes in them, while my reason during that time was basically more because I find them very cute.

Are angels for real? I believe so…

There are so many things in this life that defy logical explanation. It is difficult to state categorically about beliefs in intangible matter. But now that I am older and have experienced a lot of pain and a host of other unexpected things that life is known to offer, am finding it easier to believe in extraordinary things.

I call this one, the Kissing Angels. Sweet aren't they?

Waiting In Vain?

I've been hard pressed to take on additional projects, (times are really hard you see) so I sent out lots and lots of applications and proposals, but so far - zero replies! It is the waiting game that can surely kill slowly... slowly...

Was it something I said or did not say in my applications or proposals? Anyway, I observed lately that there are more scams out there than real work. In fact some are preying on us telecommuters or freelancers by offering super low rates or fees. Anyway, I decide that this waiting has got to stop. I still have another alternative plan...Hmmm, I guess I better try it out.

I really didn't think it was a good idea to start another blog. I thought that perhaps 2 active blogs are more than enough to keep one crazy and busy. But here I go again! What started as an experiment on CSS became a new blog. Stop me please, I beg you...

Honestly I'm not sure if I will have enough energy to tackle 3 blogs. But I'll give it a try. I could always take the coward's way of giving it up later when the going gets tough. But at the moment, I'd like to welcome everybody here!
