Edwin's Last Journey - Ayala Center Cebu's New Wing...
Edwin is my brother who passed away last May 2013. It was sudden, and for us he left behind - it was really painful. The year before that in 2012, it was my mother. No words could express the kind of grief we went through. Now I can understand why some people find it difficult to move on after a loss...
Some months after Edwin left, it was hard to look at Ayala's new wing because it was his last work. He was then working as a Safety Supervisor for Makati Development Corporation. And passing by the new wing will always remind me of him. But there is truth in the saying, time heals..., because it does not hurt so much anymore.

The new wing houses global brands like Zara, Mango, Aerospotale to name a few... and Ayala Cebu's Cyber Zone. And on the upper most level is the new chapel and more restaurants.

Edwin has travelled a lot in pursuit of his dreams... Taiwan... Dubai... but thankfully he came home for his last journey... Sweet blisssful sleep my brother...
