Blood Compact Monument (Bohol Part 10 Day 1)

If one is not careful, one could easily miss the Blood Compact Monument because it does not have visible markers along the road.

The monument is overlooking a beautiful view of the sea...

But who was the genius government official who approved construction of a hotel beside the monument? 

This is how the Blood Compact Monument looks now... I don't know if I should laugh or I should cry! It is funny kind of sad that the monument looks like a part of the hotel landscape instead...
