Bohol is just 2 hours away by fast ferries from Cebu via Tagbilaran, and less than that via Tubigon. We opted to take the Tagbilaran route...

We took a taxi to Pier 1 because we were taking Ocean Jet. We booked the 8:00 morning trip.
